This website includes general information of railway land, rules and regulations, notice board, information of railway land lease license. Anyone can check his/her license information from this website, Online Tender Application and Name Transfer Application. Web based application consists of (i) Lease/License Management of Railway Land (ii) Civil Case Management (iii) Railway Land Record Management (iv) Record Room Inventory System, Online Tender Management, Name Transfer Management. It stores all the information in database and ensures digitization of Railway Land Management. This application will reduce time; cost and visit of service recipients. Besides, decision taking from management site will also be easier using this application. A dashboard provides at-a-glance views of all the key performance indicators and help to monitor railway land management. This web based application will improve transparency and accountability.
